Liability/Guarantee
New England Rod & Restoration Inc. will not be liable for personal or property
damage cause by use or misuse of any product we sell. The user shall assume
all responsibility and risk connected herewith. All guarantees are those of
the manufacture. No returns on electrical parts and paints unless other arrangements
have been agreed upon by New England Rod & Restoration and the purchaser.
Returns
Items may be returned in new condition in original unopened
packing in the first 14 days. No returns on electrical parts and paints
unless defective or other arrangements have been agreed upon by NERR and
the purchaser. All sales final on used parts.
